EXCELLENT Based on 226 reviews Posted on Tom ArcherTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience w/EVPDX. Guillermo took time to explain the ins and outs of electric vehicles (this is our first EV purchase), and their pricing is competitive. There were a couple of small issues w the car and he took care of them at no charge. I would highly recommend taking w this dealer if you’re considering a used electric vehicle.Posted on Carlton BennefieldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an outstanding experience with EVPDX and couldn’t be more confident recommending them. Buying a rebuilt Tesla Model Y can feel like a leap of faith, but the owner made the entire process transparent, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was the level of trust they built. The owner took the time to walk me through everything in detail and even showed me his own personal Model Y, explaining the specific upgrades he chose for handling rougher roads. That kind of openness and real-world insight made a huge difference—it showed he truly believes in the vehicles he’s selling and stands behind them. The car itself exceeded my expectations, and the buying experience felt laid back from start to finish. No pressure, no gimmicks—just solid knowledge, clear communication, and a deep passion for what they do. If you’re considering a rebuilt Tesla or need work done on your electric vehicle, EVPDX is absolutely worth your time. Thank you for a great car at a great price.Posted on David WatsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Easiest vehicle purchase ever. Guillermo was very professional, and we were able to purchase a very nice used Leaf with no hassle. No pressure - the car sold itself. Happy to support a local small business who specializes in EVs!Posted on Dan DTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Purchased a 2013 Nissan in December 2024. EV Rides installed a new Battery at that time, I get about 160-165-mile range after charging at home (120 volt). Car is used for errands and delivering 'Meals on Wheels' to disabled people. Car has performed as expected, no problems, easy to park, great turning radius. Very pleased.Posted on Marie SayreTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience at EvPdx. Guillermo was incredibly polite, highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and options, and refreshingly not pushy at all. He answered every question thoroughly making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Guillermo and his staff—I'll definitely be back for future needs!"Posted on Kasey LiefTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Met with Guillermo about the value of my car and he gave me a honest opinion that was much appreciated!Posted on Matt Newell-ChingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update Feb 2026: Dang, it appears they’ve closed. All signage and cars no longer there. Hope they moved but there’s no note at the location or update on their voicemail, texts going unanswered, and no one is answering their phones. Major bummer. Jan 2024: Upgraded our battery on our 2014 Leaf and couldn't be happier. Our old battery (24 kw/h) was at about 75% of its original batter life (90k mi) so our effective range was down to about 60 miles in the wintertime, causing lots of anxiety. We were debating between getting a new car (WV ID.4 or Hyundai Ioniq 5) or upgrading the battery through EV Rides. So glad we chose EV Rides. We upgraded to a 62kw/hr battery that had over 90% of it's original life (SoH) meaning our effective range goes to about 190 mi of range in the wintertime (more in the summer). We live in Portland so that gets us to the coast and back, Hood River and back, Mt Hood and back without worrying. Some of the newer cars have slightly more range but it became a no-brainer: pay $45k+ for a new car or pay a third of that to have an upgraded battery in our current car that does everything we need. Guillermo and Anton and staff are the best. They even fixed an unrelated issue for us at no charge. From an environmental perspective, your old battery lives on and gets re-purposed for other things. I don't usually write reviews but I'm so glad this place exists, and if you're on the fence between a new car and an upgraded battery, I highly recommend an upgraded battery through EV Rides.Posted on Richard MaughnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Somehow didn't notice the red battery warning light was lit up in my 2016 Leaf. Parked it for a while and came back to a dead main battery. Got towed home. Car would not charge. Looked all over the web for what to do. No clues. Called other e car shops. No help! Finally some luck when I called Evrides. Spoke to Guillermmo! He clearly explained how to reset and get it charging again. No big bill. Just much needed help over the phone. I am very grateful! Five stars aren't enough for this business. Guillermo was awesome to work with and best of all I got a killer deal on an absolutely amazing 2022 Tesla! Couldn't love it more and appreciate the helpful but not pushy approach to selling me a car. 100% recommend these guys!
